WAP collects the personal data that the User explicitly agrees to transfer through his/her use .WAP uses the personal information of its Users for the following purposes:

  To personalize the user experience: we may use aggregated, non-personally identifiable information to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on the App.

  To improve the App: we continually strive to improve our online offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from the Users.

  To improve customer service: information collected of and sent in by Users helps us to more effectively respond to customer service requests and support needs.

  To process transactions: we may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.

  To send periodic emails: the email address Users provide for order processing will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. If the User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include news and updates regarding the WAP’s site (www.wearetheprojects.co), related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, they may do so by contacting us via the site.

3. How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on the App.
Sensitive and private data exchange between the App and its Users happens over an SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

We do not sell, trade, or rent the personal identification information of Users to any other party.

WAP has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When it is done, the updated date will be revised at the bottom of this page. Users are encouraged to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how the personal information collected are protected. The User acknowledges and agrees that it is his/her responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
