During our education, we noticed that most learning are not happening in school courses. On the contrary, most valuable learnings happens informally, from  peer interactions, social networks, on the job work and knowledge sharing events.

Convinced about it, Diane Lenne created an innovative course at her school, based on peer to peer learning. Instead of delivering content, the course aimed at bringing out the knowledge, interest and talents inside students to enable them to learn from each other.

From the success of the program, the WAP team was created and they decided to bring this knowledge sharing pedagogy to all.
